TN54NS4 is a 1-port 100G OTN line business processing board designed for OptiX OSN9800 UPS U64 U32 series wavelength division equipment.It adopts coherent reception and soft decision error correction technology, supports line terminal TM mode and electric relay REG mode, completes single 100G signal 3R regeneration OTN packaging and unpacking multi granularity business aggregation layer crossing and wavelength conversion, occupies dual slot deployment, and is the core business board of backbone ultra long distance urban core and data center interconnection 100G coherent wavelength division network.

Basic specifications and physical characteristics

TN54NS4 adopts a standard dual slot board structure, with physical dimensions of 261.5mm, 202.6mm, and 22.0mm, and a weight not exceeding 1.2kg.The power supply adopts 48V DC, with a voltage range of 38.4V to 57.6V, a typical power consumption of 120W, and a maximum power consumption of 135W when fully equipped with a single 100G service.The standard operating temperature range is 0℃ to 45℃, the extended range is 5℃ to 55℃, the storage temperature is 40℃ to 70℃, the relative humidity is 5% to 95%, and there is no condensation.The MTBF is not less than 100000 hours, and it has passed CE FCC RoHS certification, meeting the requirements of telecom grade reliability and environmental protection.

Core functions and business processing capabilities

The business speed supports OTU4 111.81Gbit/s standard and is compatible with customer side business access such as 100GE STM 640 OC 1920 FC1600. The business mapping capability supports 80 channels of ODU0, 80 channels of ODUflex, 40 channels of ODU1, 10 channels of ODU2, 10 channels of ODU2e, 2 channels of ODU3, and 1 channel of ODU4 aggregation into 1 channel of OTU4. It supports mixed transmission of ODU0, ODU1, ODU2, ODU2e, ODUflex, and ODU3, achieving efficient aggregation of low-speed services with multiple granularity and high-speed wavelength scheduling. The error correction mode supports HFEC HFEC2 and SDFEC soft decision forward error correction. SDFEC can significantly improve OSNR tolerance, extending the maximum transmission distance of standard single-mode fiber to over 300km and adapting to ultra long distance coherent transmission scenarios. Complete cost processing supports OTN SM PM TCM costs, supports ESC embedded control channels and PRBS testing, provides BIP8 byte monitoring of laser bias current temperature optical power monitoring, and ensures network management and fault location requirements. Loop back testing supports customer side ODU0, ODU1, ODU2, ODU3, and ODU4 channel loop back on the line side, facilitating business debugging and troubleshooting. The protection mechanism includes 1+1 protection for the ODUk SNCP branch SNCP within the cover plate, with a service switching time not exceeding 50ms, meeting the high reliability requirements of critical services.

One 100G coherent optical port is equipped on the line side, using LC duplex connector and modulation method DP QPSK coherent modulation.The optical module supports C-band and extended C-band 50GHz interval adjustable wavelength types, with a working wavelength coverage of 1529.16nm to 1567.13nm, suitable for high-density DWDM 96 wave networking.The typical range of transmitting optical power is 1dBm to 3dBm, and the receiving sensitivity is better than 26dBm under BER ≤10E 12 conditions.The dispersion tolerance is not less than 8000ps/nm, suitable for ultra long distance single-mode fiber coherent transmission scenarios.

Compatibility and deployment requirements for four versions

TN54NS4 is at least compatible with OSN9800 system V100R009C00 version, paired with TN52UXCM TN52XCH main control board, supporting basic OTU4 processing for FEC error correction and TM mode.Supporting REG electric relay mode AFEC and SDFEC enhanced error correction requires V100R010C00 and above system versions; Supporting adjustable wavelength and flexible grid networking requires V100R011C00 and above versions.In terms of deployment requirements, XCT SXH or UXCT USXH crossover boards should be used to support independent master-slave sub rack deployment in UPS sub racks.TM mode is used for business access and aggregation, and REG mode is used for backbone link electrical relay stations.
