TN55NO2 is an 8-port 10G OTN line business processing board designed for OptiX OSN9800, OSN8800, and OSN6800 series wavelength division devices.Its core is used for electrical relay REG stations, realizing 3R regeneration of 8-channel 10G optical signals, OTN encapsulation and de encapsulation, layer crossing, and wavelength conversion.It is compatible with U32 and U64 universal slots and is the core business board for high-capacity 10G wavelength division backbone and metropolitan area networks.

1.Basic specifications and physical characteristics

TN55NO2 includes mainstream sub models such as TN55NO201, using a standard 1U half width board structure, with physical dimensions of 261.5mm × 202.6mm × 22.0mm and a weight not exceeding 0.8kg, supporting dense deployment in data centers.The power supply adopts 48V DC, with a voltage range of 38.4V to 57.6V, a typical power consumption of 70W, and a maximum power consumption of 80W when fully equipped with 8 channels of business.The standard operating temperature range is 0℃ to 45℃, the extended range is 5℃ to 55℃, the storage temperature is 40℃ to 70℃, the relative humidity is 5% to 95% without condensation, and the MTBF is not less than 100000 hours.It has passed CE, FCC, and RoHS certifications, meeting the requirements of telecom grade reliability and environmental protection.

The business speed supports two 10G OTN standards, OTU2 10.71Gbit/s and OTU2e 11.09Gbit/s, and is compatible with customer side business access such as 10GE, STM-64, OC-192, etc. The business mapping capability supports the aggregation of 64 channels of ODU0, 32 channels of ODU1, 8 channels of ODU2, and 16 channels of ODUflex into 8 channels of OTU2, while also supporting the mapping of 8 channels of ODU2e into 8 channels of OTU2e, achieving efficient aggregation of multi granularity low-speed business and high-speed wavelength scheduling. The error correction mode supports standard FEC and enhanced AFEC, which can significantly improve OSNR tolerance and extend the maximum transmission distance of standard single-mode fiber from 80km to 120km. The cost processing is complete and supports OTN SM, PM, TCM costs, ESC embedded control channels, and PRBS testing to ensure network management and monitoring requirements. Loop back testing supports line side, customer side, ODU0, and ODU1 channel loop back, facilitating fault location and business debugging. Protection mechanism includes 1+1 protection inside the cover plate ODUk SNCP, The SNCP branch has a service switching time of no more than 50ms, meeting the high reliability requirements of critical services.

The line side is equipped with 8 10G optical ports, using LC duplex connectors and NRZ modulation method.The optical module supports two types: XFP fixed wavelength and TXFP adjustable wavelength.The fixed wavelength module is suitable for 100GHz/50GHz intervals, while the adjustable wavelength module supports C-band 50GHz intervals with 80 waves that can be fully adjusted.The working wavelength covers 1528.77nm to 1563.86nm.The typical range of transmission optical power is 3dBm to 2dBm, and the receiving sensitivity is better than 14dBm under BER ≤ 10E-12 conditions.The dispersion tolerance is not less than 800ps/nm, making it suitable for long-distance single-mode fiber transmission scenarios.

TN55NO2 basic model is compatible with OSN9800/8800/6800 system V100R007C00 version at the minimum, paired with TN52UXCM and TN52XCH main control boards, supporting basic OTU2/OTU2e processing, FEC error correction, and REG mode.TN55NO201 requires V100R008C00 and above system versions, with the addition of 50GHz fixed wavelength and AFEC enhanced error correction capability;The sub models that support adjustable wavelengths require V100R009C00 and above versions, suitable for Super WDM high-density scheduling and flexible networking scenarios.
