1.Product Overview

TN52ND2 is a 2-port 10G OTN line service processing board designed for OptiX OSN9800 OSN6800 OSN8800 series wavelength division devices.It supports line terminal TM mode and electrical relay REG mode, and mainly completes 3R regeneration of 10G rate signals, OTN encapsulation and de encapsulation, service aggregation, and wavelength conversion.It is suitable for backbone transmission networks and metropolitan wavelength division networks.

TN52ND2 includes sub models TN52ND2T01, TN52ND2T02, and TN52ND2T04, corresponding to different wavelength application scenarios.The physical dimensions of the board are 261.5 mm, 202.6 mm, and 22.0 mm, with a weight of less than or equal to 0.8 kg.It adopts a standard 1U half width structure and can be installed in the universal slot of U32 and U64 subracks.

The business speed supports OTU2 10.71 Gbit/s and OTU2e 11.09 Gbit/s, and can access and process customer side signals such as 10GE STM 64 OC 192.The business mapping capability supports mapping 16 ODU0 channels, 8 ODU1 channels, 2 ODU2 channels, and 4 ODUflex channels to 2 OTU2 channels, as well as mapping 2 ODU2e channels to 2 OTU2e channels, meeting the requirements of multi granularity business scheduling.

Two 10G optical interfaces are provided on the line side, using LC duplex connectors and NRZ modulation.TN52ND2T01 TN52ND2T02 adopts XFP fixed wavelength optical module, and TN52ND2T04 adopts TXFP adjustable wavelength optical module.The working band is from 1528.77 nm to 1563.86 nm in the C-band.TN52ND2T01 supports 100 GHz spacing, TN52ND2T02 TN52ND2T04 supports 50 GHz spacing, and TN52ND2T04 supports 80 wave adjustable.

The typical range of transmitting optical power is 3 dBm to 2 dBm, and the receiving sensitivity is better than 14 dBm under the condition of BER less than or equal to 10E 12.The dispersion tolerance is greater than or equal to 800 ps/nm, and it can support a transmission distance of 80 km under standard applications.After enabling AFEC, it can be extended to 120 km.

This board supports two error correction modes: standard FEC and enhanced AFEC, with complete OTN overhead processing capability, and supports SM PM TCM overhead processing and ESC communication channels.Support line side loopback, customer side loopback, and ODU0 ODU1 channel loopback for easy maintenance and testing.The protection function supports 1+1 protection of ODUk SNCP branch SNCP within the board, with a service switching time of less than or equal to 50 ms.

The electrical characteristics are powered by 48 V DC, with a voltage range of 38.4 V to 57.6 V, a typical power consumption of 35 W, and a maximum power consumption of 40 W. The operating temperature range is 0? to 45?, the extended temperature range is 5? to 55?, the storage temperature is 40? to 70?, the working humidity is 5% to 95% without condensation, and the MTBF is greater than or equal to 100000 hours, meeting the CE FCC RoHS certification requirements.

TN52ND2 can be used in conjunction with TN52UXCM TN52XCH main control board. The basic version requires V100R006C00, TN52ND2T02 requires V100R007C00 and above, and TN52ND2T04 requires V100R008C00 and above. Mainly used for long-distance transmission regeneration, business aggregation and wavelength conversion, OTN protection networking, and flexible and adjustable wavelength scheduling scenarios in REG electrical relay stations.
