How it Works:
The QSFP-100G-CWDM4-S module takes four parallel 25 Gbps electrical signals from the host system and converts them into four separate optical signals using different CWDM wavelengths. These optical signals are then combined (multiplexed) and sent through a single-mode fiber connection. At the receiving end, another transceiver performs the reverse operation, de-multiplexing the signals before converting them back to electrical signals.
