Basic Functions
The ZXSDR R8854 is the remote radio unit of a distributed base station.Signals are transmitted and received through ZXSDR R8854 to/from the base band processing unit for further processing through standard CPRI interfaces.
For a distributed system, the feeder loss is eliminated of the radio unit that is deployed close to the antenna, and the coverage range is enlarged with this solution.
The ZXSDR R8854 supports the following functions:
E-UTRA operating bands of B28 700 MHz, B8 900 MHz, B4 1700 MHz, B3 1800 MHz, B1 2100 MHz and B7 2600 MHz.
Scalable LTE Bandwidth of 1.4 MHz, 3 MHz, 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 15 MHz, and 20 MHz on B3 1800 MHz and B4 1700 MHz.
Scalable LTE bandwidth of 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 15 MHz, and 20 MHz on B1 2100 MHz and B7 2600 MHz.
Scalable LTE bandwidth of 1.4 MHz, 3 MHz, 5 MHz, and 10 MHz on B8 900 MHz.
4T4R in one box, which can optimize spectrum efficiency greatly and improve network uplink performance.
LTE downlink 256QAM modulation and uplink 64QAM modulation.
Supports multiple power saving functions, such as PA voltage adjustment, intelligent carrier power on/off, etc.
