VDLE is a 32-channel VDSL2 over POTS service board.It has a built-in splitter with 600-ohm impedance and provides the VDSL2 over POTS access service.

The H83BVDLE board supports the following functions:

  • 32 channels user ports
  • VDSL2 over POTS access service
  • 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d, 12a, 12b and 17a spectrum profiles
  • Single ended loop testing (SELT)
  • Port protection
  • Board power-off for energy conservation

Working Principle

The basic working principle of the H83BVDLE board is as follows:

  • The protection module protects and isolates the board from lightning strikes.
  • The chipset module implements functions such as amplification, filtering, analog-to-digital (A/D) and digital-to-analog (D/A) conversion, coding/decoding, and encapsulation/decapsulation for the signals.
  • The splitter module separates the VDSL2 signals from the POTS signals.
  • The control module decodes signals and monitors signals.
  • The power module powers other function modules of the board.
  • The clock module provides the working clock for other function modules of the board.
