Introduction:
The structure of GYTA53 cable is 250µm optical fiber is inserted into a loose tube of high modulus material.The loose tube is filled with gel filling compound.The central strength member is metallic strength member.For some optical fiber cables, central strength member is also extruded with PE inner sheath .Loose case (and filling rope) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core which is filled with the water-blocking material to protect it from water ingress.(APL) is longitudinally packed and extruded with a PE inner sheath.And the PSP is longitudinally applied over the PE out sheath.

• Material of loose tube has good mechanical properties and temperature characteristics
• Material of loose tube has good hydrolysis resistance and high strength
• The tube is filled with special filler to provide critical protection for the fiber
• Good lateral pressure resistance and softness
• Take the following measures to ensure the waterproof performance of the optical cable -Single steel wire center reinforced core
-Filled with special gel filling compound in loose tube
-Complete cable core filling
-Plastic coated aluminum tape (APL) moisture barrier
-Double chrome plating plastic-coated steel tape (PSP) improves the moisture resistance of optical cables
-Good water-blocking material prevents longitudinal water seepage of optical cable
