2 main control boards (TNS1CTU)					It manages the subracks, communicates with nes, and provides the clock for the SPU.The main control boards are in 1+1 backup mode.
7 cross plates (TNS1XCS/TNS1UXCS)					When the U16 child frame is used as a pure stepchild frame, it can be configured without a cross plate.
