RETURN & REFUND POLICY (B2B ONLY)
1. APPLICABLE SCOPE
This policy applies only to B2B wholesale orders placed on this website. It does not apply to retail customers, individual buyers, or non-registered business clients.
2. ELIGIBLE RETURN CONDITIONS
- Quality defects or functional issues reported within 30 days after receipt
- Wrong items, missing items, or damaged goods upon arrival
- Clear photos/videos proof provided for verification
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Customized, OEM, ODM, or personalized products
- Used, installed, modified, or damaged products
- Orders beyond 30 days from receipt date
- Clearance, final-sale, or discounted items
- Wrong selection, size, model, or specification caused by buyer
4. RETURN PROCESS
- Submit return request with order number, issue description, and supporting materials
- Receive return approval and instructions within 24 hours
- Return products with valid tracking number
- Refund or replacement processed within 3–7 business days
5. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
- Our fault (quality issues, wrong items, missing goods): we pay all shipping costs
- Buyer’s fault (change mind, wrong selection): buyer pays return shipping costs
- Restocking fee may apply for non-quality-related returns
6. REFUND PROCESS
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 3–15 business days
- Custom fees, taxes, and logistics fees are non-refundable
7. LEGAL NOTE
Large orders and bulk orders follow the signed business contract. All disputes are settled under the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
