ZXMP M721 sub-racks are only 1RU, 2RU and 3RU high,providing 8 slots (DX62, 2RU DC input), 6 slots (DX62, 2RU AC input), 3 slots
(DX61,1RU), and 6 slots (DX63, 3RU), resulting in space saving, power consumption reduction and operation&maintenance expense
decreasing.
Powerful transmission performance
ZXMP M721 supports 40×10G DWDM system, 18×2.5G or 10×2.5G+8×10G CWDM system, and both systems support smooth upgrade.
DWDM system supports multi-span transmission without OEO electrical relay (18×22dB, 7×30dB, 1×45dB etc.).CWDM 2.5G system
supports 28dB transmission, target distance of CWDM 10G system is 70KM.
Diversity access service type
ZXMP M721 can access any-rate-service (100Mbit/s~7.5Gbit/s),and the port supports automatic identification of service
types,eliminating the needs to configure manually via NMs.

10G-any services convert to OTU2, support single channel, double channels, and integrated protection OTU cards.
Reliable protection scheme
ZXMP M721 supports control card/power card 1+1 backup and OMS/OCH 1+1 and ODUk 1+1 protection.All the protection switching time
of OMS 1+1, OCH 1+1 and ODUk 1+1 are less than 50ms in compliance with ITU-T standards.
Time Synchronization
ZXMP M721 supports 1588V2 time synchronization and Sync E.
Optional OSC/ESC
ZXMP M721 supports OSC (optical supervision channel) and ESC (electrical supervision channel) providing flexibility for
deployment.
