1. Scope

These shipping terms apply to B2B wholesale orders placed with Yantai Boxin International Trading Co., Ltd. A signed sales contract may set different delivery terms.

2. Warehouses and origin

Goods ship from warehouses in Yantai (Shandong, China) and Hong Kong. Origin depends on stock, customs status and the agreed Incoterm.

3. Shipping methods

• Ocean freight for volume and container orders
• Air freight for urgent or light shipments
• Land transport in the region where available
• Express courier for samples and small lots

4. Charges and Incoterms

Freight, insurance and duties follow the agreed Incoterm (for example EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP). Quotes state the mode, estimated transit time and known extras. Import duties and taxes are for the buyer unless DDP is expressly agreed.

5. Lead times

Transit times are estimates from the date the goods are ready to ship. Customs, the forwarder, weather and force majeure may add delay. We send a tracking number after handover to the carrier when one is available.

6. Inspection on arrival

7. Passing of risk

Risk passes under the agreed Incoterm. If none is stated, risk passes when the goods are handed to the first carrier.
